Q. Do you sell or give out my Wii number?
A. No, we only use the Wii number to send you updates to the WiiWare.

Q. Will you send spam?
A. No, we only send out updates when the WiiWare has new games, game updates and something else from WiiWare.

Q. Is this a Nintendo service?
A. WiiWare.biz is no way affiliated with Nintendo.

Q. Can I get a virus?
A. No, we only send text emails and nothing gets uploaded or downloaded to you Nintendo Wii.

Q. Can you get access to my Wii?
A. No, their is no way we can access your Wii. We can only send you an email and at anytime you can delete our email address and you will not get anything from us again.

Q. Are you ever wrong?
A. Well we are human. We try not to be but you never know. If we make a big mistake or if Nintendo changes something we will send out another Alert.
